RAAUS FLIGHT TRAINING

If you’re looking to fly for fun, the RAAus Recreational Pilot Certificate (RPC) is a great place to start.

You’ll enjoy flying our modern 2 seat aircraft with our team, and with the appropriate endorsements and ratings, be able to fly anywhere in Australia outside of Controlled Airspace. It’s a fantastic way to start your journey into the world of aviation.

CASA FLIGHT TRAINING

If you are looking for a career in aviation, or want to fly heavier aircraft, then CASA flight training could be a good fit for your aviation career.

CASA flight training provides the ability to pilot larger aircraft along with additional privileges like flying in Controlled Airspace, Night Ratings and Instrument training.

It provides an entry point into a career in aviation from either the Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL) or Private Pilot Licence (PPL) to a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).

A COMBINATION OF BOTH

If you are thinking about a career, but aren’t sure which way to go then a combination of both training types may be an option for you.

Start in the RAAus training system, then once you have completed your RPC, followed by obtaining a Navigation Endorsement, transition across to the CASA system and convert your RPC into an RPL. This will allow you to fly both RAAus and CASA aircraft. It is often the most economical way to begin a career in aviation.
